Buddy Activity

We read a "Rainbow Fish" book and talked about saying kind things to our friends.  Each child decorated a rainbow fish and wrote kind words in the bubble.

Met Phil the Groundhog

We read books about Groundhog's Day.  We watched Punxsutawney Phil and met St. Louis Phil today.  We also talked about what makes a shadow and how shadows more depending on the angle of the sun.

5th Grade Visitors

Hanna and Kate learned and did a project about pets.  They wanted to share what they learned.  They read a book about pets to us.  The girls are doing a display in the lobby with pictures of pets.  If you would like to send a picture of your family pet(s), please put it in your child's red folder.  I will make sure it is part of the display!

Mystery Reader

Holden's mom and read "Bears Loose Tooth and Never Ever Shout at the Zoo."  Both books were great!
