We learned about the centers in our room.  Then we got to pick a center to go to.  We will do this every day.  I told the children if they didn't get their first choice today, they will have many more opportunities to pick the center of their choice.

Who Took The Cookie

Here is a cute song we sang on Friday and Monday to learn our friends' names.  Ask your child "Who took the cookie?"  You will be surprised to hear the answer :)

Finding the Gingerbread Man

  We had so much fun looking for the gingerbread man while we learned important places in our school.  Of course, he was too fast and we never saw the real gingerbread man.  He did leave his picture for us to find throughout the school and one to decorate to take home.

Learning Names

Today we sang a song to learn our classmates' names.  We sang this for each child.  Here is a sample of one time we sang the song.
