We had a fun and busy day.  We read popcorn words on conversation hearts and graphed them.  We used the candy to play heart bingo.  We made heart people.  We enjoyed yummy treats and read our valentines.

Ten Frames

We have been practicing using ten frames to show numbers.  We count a full ten frame by saying "10" and then counting on "11, 12 and so on.  When there are two full ten frames, we count "10", then "20".
