Journal Writing

The children wrote a sentence in their journals about a jack-o-lantern.  Check out the three children in the video.

Rascal went to Boston

Rascal went to Boston and brought back a new lobster friend named Cora.  The children enjoyed listening to Rascal's letter and seeing the postcards.  The children also liked the story Rascal brought back called "Make Way for Ducklings" by Robert McCloskey.

Colin's grandma and Aunt Tara send the class a cool book of Noblesville and an Indianapolis Colt's pen for each child.  Here is a special message to Grandma and Aunt Tara.

Sharing our Teaching Books

We are finishing our teaching books writing unit, so each child shared one book with his/her writing partner.  The books will be on display in our library center.  The children can read and look at their classmates' books.
